What I didn’t know: That the Empty Bottle may be one of the coolest bars in Chicago (spoken like a true novice but it’s pretty damn cool). Anyway they feature diverse bands every week, a killer dance floor, a tasty brew selection that features local beers, and they have events benefiting the community like today’s Beat Swap Meet “a celebration of Vinyl Culture”…entry is $5 bucks or free with donated canned goods that benefit local homeless.
