Crossfit rounds for time; Suck It Up Buttercup
Inhibition: I was terrified I would make a fool of myself. I’m literally surrounded by people who can bench press my body weight, while I’m trying to bust out a couple push-ups. So for the first time in my crossfit class I’m pushing my self to be one of the boys.
Betty’s response: Go hard or go home.
Experience: I loved it! I did 10 rounds of 10 burpees, 5 strict pull ups, and 10 ball slams with a 14lb ball. To top it all off I did it in 16:43:) I felt like super women and was truly surprised at how much more I can accomplish if I really push myself.
What I didn’t know: That when it comes to the gym (crossfit) I’m capable of a lot more than I give myself credit for. Thanks Betty
