      Inhibition: What if I don’t like the food I get…I’m not sure what’s in some of it.

      Betty’s Response: Please!!! You eat cheese that sprays out of a can and marshmallow shaped animals covered in artificial color and sugar…geez.

      Experience: To shop at the Joong Boo Mart, select items for a meal unique to mom, my special guest, and me.

      The Joong Boo Mart is AWESOME!!! The selection seems never-ending and the collective labeling alone is incredibly interesting. After a couple of hours shopping (exploring) Betty and I headed home to whip up a dinner for my visiting mom and me.

      Appetizer-Grass Jelly Drink and seasoned roasted Kabocha seeds

      Entree' -Fresh Pumpkin noodles with Kabocha squash, tilapia, shrimp (seasoned with Joong Boo herbs and spices), Soba Tsuyu, Sweet Chili sauce, Oyster sauce, and fresh ginger paired with Choya Umeshu plum wine.

      What I didn’t know: That aside from the Grass Jelly Drink (ew), I loved all the unique flavors, textures, and colors when eating our scrumptious dinner.

      Shopping was so much fun and SUCH a bargain I can’t wait to return to try other delicious -nesses :)!!

      So from Betty to you, an extension of the invite to do something you’ve never done and please…SHOW ME WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW!!!!
