      The Incredible Cast!

      The Incredible Cast!

Inhibition: I’m reluctant to attend a play that features one of my good friends. I want to be supportive and enthusiastic but earlier this week I read a review that was pretty rough. What if after the play she asked me what I thought and I agree with the review?

Betty’s Response: Opinions are like…well you know, everybody’s got one.

Experience: This week I attended the play, 101 Ways to Fall in Love by Jason B. Williams (also directed by) and Noelle A. Schmitt. The talented cast are Ben Veatch, Andrea Lattanzio (my bud 3rd from the left), Deanna DeMay, Meghan Powe, Tiffany Streng, Jordan Levin, Neil Arsenty, Susan Brummet, Sean Goldrick, Laura Deger, and Tim Lee. This two and a half hour comedy reinacts 101 true love stories and, for the record, I loved them all! Not only did I giggle throughout the play but there were very touching stories of heartbreak and disappointment we can all relate to. Afterwards my friend and I had a celebratory martini and it was incredibly easy to convey what a wonderful job she and the cast did along with my affection for the colaborative collection of love stories. My only regret is for all those who won’t see it (thanks for nothing bad review guy).

On a side note…the bathroom mirror reminded me of an Anish Kapoor piece :)
